1. Contract Formation: All quotations issued by Rutvi Enterprise are valid for 15 days unless otherwise specified in writing. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes a binding legal agreement.

2. Delivery Obligations: We strive to meet all delivery timelines; however, Rutvi Enterprise shall not be held liable for delays caused by external logistics factors or force majeure events.

3. Payment Terms: Standard terms require a 30% advance for customized procurement. Balances are due upon delivery or as per the Credit Agreement established at the time of onboarding.

4. Quality Warranty: Products supplied carry the manufacturer’s original warranty. Rutvi Enterprise provides mediation services for all quality-related claims within 7 days of receipt.

5. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
